Are your products made to order?
Yes. Every item is printed just for you after you place your order. That means no warehouses of unsold stock, and it’s why we can offer so many designs.
What shirt brand do you use, and how does it fit?
Our tees are printed on the Bella + Canvas 3001, a soft, lightweight unisex shirt with a modern retail fit. It’s true to size but trimmer than a traditional heavy cotton tee, so if you prefer a relaxed fit, consider sizing up. Our racerback tanks are a women’s cut and fit close to the body. Every product page includes a size chart.
How should I care for my shirt so the print lasts?
Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry, and don’t iron directly on the print. Skip bleach and dry cleaning. Care instructions for drinkware and other products are listed on each product page.
Why might my item look slightly different from the photo?
Because each item is printed individually, small variations in print placement and color are normal. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. If something looks significantly wrong, let us know.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins. Because we start processing quickly, we can’t guarantee it, but email [email protected] right away with your order number and we’ll do our best.
How long will my order take?
Production takes 2–5 business days, and delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping, so most orders arrive within 5–12 business days. See our Shipping Information page for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.95.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery to these locations may take a little longer. We do not currently ship internationally.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Different products are sometimes made at different facilities, so apparel and drinkware often ship separately. You’re never charged extra when this happens.
When should I order for Christmas delivery?
Place your order by Monday, December 7, 2026, for delivery by Christmas. Holiday volume is heavy, so earlier is always better.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color, or change of mind. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
We’ll make it right. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No need to send anything back.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering, since we can’t accept size exchanges. If you have a sizing problem, email us at [email protected] and we’ll see what we can do.
