Every Covenant & Crown product is printed to order just for you, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. No need to send anything back.
Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Cancellations & Changes: Orders may be canceled or changed only before production begins. Because we begin processing orders quickly, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. If you need to make a change, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll do our best.
